Law and Finance

LABEX Research Law & Finance Seminar Labex has launched a regular interdisciplinary seminar dedicated to Law and Finance issues, created and organized by professors Franck Bancel (ESCP Europe Business School), Gerard Hertig (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Zurich), and Alain Pietrancosta (Sorbonne U. Paris 1, Law School (IRJS)). Professors from prestigious universities are invited to discuss issues related to financial regulation from different perspectives, namely Law and Finance.
Five Lessons on Financial Regulation: Within the framework of the regular Labex Finance & Law seminar, Labex has launched several sessions on financial regulation. This seminar, created and organized by professors Franck Bancel (ESCP Europe Business School), Gerard Hertig (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Zurich), and Alain Pietrancosta (Sorbonne U. Paris1, Law School (IRJS)), has been designed for PhD candidates and Masters students to deepen their understanding of major concepts and challenges related to financial regulation. Professors from prestigious Universities are invited to discuss these issues from different perspectives, namely Law and Finance.
